Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass, part of The Boyd Group, is hiring an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while creating accurate vehicle estimates and coordinating repairs. You will align with all team members to achieve KPIs and adhere to insurance processes in a fast-paced collision and glass service environment.

This on-site role requires knowledge of repairs, OE guidelines, and DRP procedures, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s; minimum of 1 year experience.
• Willing to complete I-CAR Training.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction accurately.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through repair steps.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer handoffs and planning.
• Communicate customer requests to the team and participate in production walks.
• Support team members and attend safety meetings when required.
• Attend training sessions and workshops as recommended by management.
