Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience while coordinating vehicle repairs and parts replacements. The estimator documents damage, informs customers and insurance companies, and aligns with the team to meet KPIs.

They guide customers through the repair process and ensure timely communication and accuracy throughout. The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, knowledge of OE guidelines, and a valid driver’s license, with DRP and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Awareness of where to look for answers is expected.
• Basic Computer Skills required.
• Compliance for DRP’s required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in the role or similar.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately with pertinent details.
• Provide customers with accurate and timely information through the repair process and ensure excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP processes.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management; assist as needed.
• Attend health, safety and staff meetings and training sessions as required.
