Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by creating accurate estimates and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance providers. You will assess damage, document required repairs and parts, and work with the team to meet KPIs while upholding WOW standards.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, DRP compliance, and I-CAR training readiness, with a base of strong communication and computer skills to support daily operations and

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills to access repair information and DRP systems.
• Compliance for DRP's and minimum one year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR training.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW operating methods for drop-offs, planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to team members.
• Maintain positive energy when greeting customers in person and by phone.
• Understand insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend health, safety and staff meetings as required.
• Engage in training sessions and workshops guided by the Store Manager.
