Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass seeks an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs with customers and insurers. You will coordinate with the team to meet KPIs and ensure DRP and insurance process compliance, facilitating smooth repairs.

The role involves documenting communications, guiding customers through the process, and supporting daily production walks and safety meetings with the management team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Basic Computer Skills and DRP compliance.
• Minimum 1 year DRP experience; willing to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide customers with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW processes.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team and support the team.
• Attend safety meetings and trainings as required.
