Classic Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator in a commission-based role tied to sales volume. The position involves serving as the primary liaison for customers throughout the repair process, preparing estimates for customers and insurers, and coordinating with insurers and technicians to ensure a smooth experience.

Qualifications

• Prior collision estimating experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from drop-off to delivery of the completed vehicle.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners per manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with insurance companies to manage customer claims for best experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to verify all damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores per company standards.
• Performs quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to customer.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
