Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Naples, FL is seeking an experienced Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while accurately assessing vehicle damage, coordinating repairs, and communicating with customers and insurers throughout the repair process.

You will collaborate with management to meet facility KPIs, participate in daily production activities, and advance through required I-CAR training.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in related role or DRP familiarity.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions with repair details and status.
• Provide accurate information to customers and insurers throughout the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP procedures.
• Support team, participate in production walks and safety meetings.
