Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Huntersville, NC is hiring an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate estimates and coordinating repair needs with customers and insurance companies throughout the process.

The role requires CCC1 Estimating System knowledge, OE guideline awareness, a high school diploma, and at least one year of DRP experience; willing to complete I-CAR training and hold a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CCC1 Estimating System.
• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with accurate details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through repair process and service.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways regarding drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Understand required insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend health & safety and staff meetings when required.
• Attend training sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager.
