Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of vehicle repair processes and OE guidelines.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
• 1+ year experience in estimating or DRP environments is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to obtain I-CAR training.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate damage appraisals and estimates.
• Coordinate repairs and communicate with customers and insurers.
• Document interactions and ensure compliance with DRP and WOW processes.
• Participate in production walks and support team post-handoff.
