Job summary

Mac Haik Ford in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Collision Estimator to join our high-volume body shop. You will act as the liaison between customers, insurers, and technicians to produce accurate repair estimates using CCC ONE and Ford OEM guidelines.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in collision estimating, DRP experience preferred, and strong communication to manage timelines and shop throughput.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience in a high-volume shop.
• Proficiency with CCC ONE estimating software.
• Strong communication with customers and insurers.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Create thorough collision repair estimates using CCC ONE and Ford OEM guidelines.
• Negotiate supplements and coordinate with DRP representatives and adjusters.
• Explain repair steps and timelines to vehicle owners and track status.
• Coordinate with body techs, parts, and paint teams to maintain throughput.
• Ensure documentation, photos, approvals, and final billing are audit-ready.
