Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator in Houston to prepare accurate repair estimates, manage customer communications, and oversee the paperwork processes from intake through final delivery. This role supports total loss administration and ensures updates are conveyed clearly to customers.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with CCC1 or equivalent estimating software, with sales orientation to drive

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Valid driver’s license (or eligible).
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs and final invoices.
• Conduct process reviews and verify repair steps.
• Check in customer vehicles and document status updates.
• Complete final paperwork prior to vehicle delivery and finalize total loss administration.
• Provide post-repair plan communication to customers while following safety rules and company standards.
