Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience; sales experience is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company policy.
• Ability to perform physical activity and lift objects over 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or by phone and determine their needs.
• Assist collision estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping, photographing vehicles and paperwork.
• Arrange customer transportation and coordinate with teammates and vendors for repairs.
• Provide personable, world-class customer service to customers, clients and partners.
