The ideal candidate has 10+ years in operations, 5+ years in people management, fluency with CCC One, and a proven ability to grow market share in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of operations experience.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Knowledge of the collision industry and insurance processes.
• Proven track record in achieving targets and improving profitability.
• Driven and able to perform under pressure.
• Experience using CCC One.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the assigned territory/market.
• Achieve or exceed company targets and standards for performance and growth.
• Manage market locations to be in the top 10% for KPI, service, quality, and profitability.
• Model and uphold the Crash Champions Total Sales Attitude (TSA) daily.
• Recruit, mentor and develop employees for future growth.
• Perform in-process and final quality checks.
• Nurture relationships with insurance accounts, agents, and customers.
