Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead the collision center, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and compliant daily operations. You will coach staff, drive KPI targets, and manage the budget to optimize profitability and service quality.

The role requires proven leadership in collision repair, strong communication, and the ability to unite teams across departments to deliver top-tier results.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coach staff to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan and drive customer experience.
• Manage annual and monthly operating budgets for the collision center.
• Forecast and track sales, profit, and expenses.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback to staff.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable for the center.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized repair facility.
• Lead training for staff and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Attend management meetings and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
