Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead a collision center, delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving daily operations in line with company policy. You will coach team members, optimize processes, and ensure high quality service across all touchpoints.

The role requires proven leadership in a collision repair environment, strong communication, and the ability to manage budgets and safety.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and coach staff for performance and success.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan execution across daily operations.
• Manage annual and monthly operating budgets for the collision center.
• Forecast and track monthly sales, profit, and expenses.
• Deliver performance reviews and staff coaching.
• Maintain facility safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance.
• Lead repair facility personnel and conduct regular staff meetings.
