Job summary

Caliber Collision Baton Rouge Service Center is seeking a Collision Operations Specialist to oversee the center's day-to-day operations, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration. This role will recruit, recognize and retain top talent, monitor financial performance, and identify opportunities from monthly metrics.

The specialist ensures repair work is thorough, safe and profitable following Caliber SOPs and insurer guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Collision Management Experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Advanced understanding of Collision Estimatics.
• Must have prior experience with CCC1.
• Advance understanding and knowledge of the repair process/procedures.
• Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration.
• Recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates; monitor financial performance metrics and identify opportunities from monthly data.
