Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision General Manager in Saraland to oversee the center’s operations, drive profitability, and ensure safety and quality in repairs. You will manage risk, develop teammates, monitor client metrics, and lead administration, while aligning with SOPs and insurance partner standards.

The role emphasizes recruiting top talent, recognizing and retaining staff, and reviewing monthly financials to identify opportunities and trends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operation of the center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration.
• Recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates, monitor financial performance, and review prior month’s financial metrics for opportunities and trends.
• Ensure center teammates repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in line with Caliber SOPs and industry guidelines.
