Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision General Manager responsible for the center's overall operation, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration.

The role includes recruiting and retaining talented teammates, monitoring monthly financial metrics, and ensuring repairs are thorough, safe, and profitable in line with Caliber’s SOPs and guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of collision management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operation of the service center.
• Manage risk, production, and administration.
• Develop teammates and recruit top talent.
• Monitor client metrics and financial performance.
• Ensure repair work meets SOPs, safety standards, and quality.
• Drive profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
