Job summary

Caliber Collision Northport is seeking a Collision General Manager to oversee center operations, drive safety and efficiency, and lead risk management, teammate development, and client metrics. You will recruit and retain talent, monitor financial performance, and ensure repairs meet SOP while maintaining quality and profitability.

The role requires strong leadership in a fast-paced shop environment, with a focus on customer service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operation of the center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration.
• Recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates; monitor financial performance and review monthly metrics to identify opportunities and trends.
• Ensure center teammates repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably per SOP and industry guidelines.
