Qualifications

• 3+ years of collision management experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration.
• Recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates; monitor financial performance metrics.
• Review previous month’s financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends.
• Ensure center teammates repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably per SOP and insurer guidelines.
