Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision General Manager to run the center’s operations, risk management, teammate development, and client metrics. You will lead production, monitor financial results, and uphold SOPs and industry standards to repair vehicles safely and profitably.

The role emphasizes recruiting and retaining skilled teammates while driving performance and quality. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day activities, training staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall center operations including production, risk management and administration.
• Recruit, recognize and retain talented teammates and monitor financial performance metrics.
• Review prior month’s financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends.
• Ensure center teammates repair vehicles thoroughly, safely and profitably per SOP and industry guidelines.
