Job summary

Caliber Collision Southport is seeking a Collision General Manager to oversee the center's operations, drive profitability, and ensure safety and quality in repair processes.

You will lead risk management, teammate development, monitor production and client metrics, and guide administrative functions while recruiting and retaining top talent across the team. This role requires strong leadership and adherence to SOPs and industry standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of collision management experience.
• Advanced understanding of collision estimatics.
• Experience with CCC1 and repair processes.
• Able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service for internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations, risk management, production and administration.
• Develop teammates through coaching and training.
• Monitor client metrics and financial performance.
• Recruit, retain, and lead the center team while ensuring SOP compliance.
