Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision General Manager responsible for the overall operation of the center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. This role also involves recruiting and retaining talented teammates, monitoring financial performance, and reviewing monthly metrics to identify opportunities and trends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations and ensure efficient production.
• Ensure repairs are performed safely, thoroughly, and profitably per SOPs and guidelines.
• Monitor and review financial performance metrics and identify opportunities.
• Recruit, recognize and retain talented teammates, and foster development.
• Provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
