Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision General Manager to oversee the center’s operations, risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration. The GM will recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates and review monthly financials to identify opportunities for growth.

The ideal candidate will ensure repairs are performed thoroughly, safely, and profitably in line with SOPs and insurance guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of the collision center.
• Monitor risk, production, client metrics and financial performance.
• Recruit, train and retain teammates; promote from within when possible.
• Ensure repairs meet SOPs, insurance partner and industry guidelines.
