Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Collision General Manager to perform all-purpose duties, which may include, but is not limited to the overall operation of their center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration.

This individual will also recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates, monitor current financial performance metrics, and review previous month’s financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operation of the center, including risk management and administration.
• Develop teammates and monitor client metrics and production performance.
• Recruit, recognize and retain talented teammates; review financial metrics and identify opportunities and trends.
• Ensure center teammates repair vehicles thoroughly, safely and profitably in line with SOPs and insurance partner standards.
