Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision General Manager to manage the center operations, risk, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration. The role includes recruiting and retaining staff, monitoring financial metrics and identifying opportunities and trends.

The General Manager will ensure repairs are performed thoroughly, safely, and profitably in accordance with Caliber SOPs and industry guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the center operations, risk management, teammate development, and client metrics.
• Drive production, administration, and overall profitability in line with SOPs and standards.
• Recruit, recognize and retain talented teammates; monitor financial performance and trends.
• Ensure center teammates repair vehicles thoroughly and safely, to policy.
