Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision General Manager to run the center's day-to-day operations, drive safety, quality, and profitability, and lead a team to meet KPIs. You will manage risk, administer programs, and oversee client metrics while aligning with SOPs and insurer guidelines.

You will recruit and develop teammates, monitor monthly financials, and identify opportunities for growth and improved performance across the center.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of collision management experience
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company policy
• Must be 21 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration
• Recruit, recognize and retain talented teammates; monitor financial performance and identify opportunities
• Ensure repairs are thorough, safe, and profitable in line with SOP and industry guidelines
