Job summary

CollisionRight seeks a General Manager for our Peoria, IL repair center to drive performance and leadership across the operation. You will be accountable for P&L, customer experience, safety, quality, and local market growth while building a high-performing, teammate-focused culture.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will lead a cross-functional team, optimize staffing and workflow, partner with operations and support centers, and ensure adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading collision-center teams.
• Proven ability to manage P&L, budgets, and costs.
• Strong coaching and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center P&L, revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Drive monthly OP plan and KPI achievement.
• Review scorecards and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager to set goals and actions.
• Staffing optimization and resource management.
• Lead, coach, and develop center teammates.
• Maintain customer experience and satisfaction with NPS focus.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and policy standards.
• Build relationships with customers and partners.
