The role emphasizes coaching, leadership visibility, and adherence to policies while driving daily production and customer satisfaction across all touchpoints.

• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar.
• Strong customer service orientation and clear communication.
• Ability to coach and empower team members to perform.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the collision center.
• Achieve KPI and insurance metrics through planning and execution.
• Coach staff and drive performance across roles.
• Prepare annual and monthly operating budgets for the center.
• Monitor safety, quality standards and site cleanliness.
• Attend leadership meetings and report outcomes.
