Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision General Manager to oversee the Independence center operations, risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. This role will recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates while monitoring financial performance and reviewing prior month metrics to identify opportunities and trends.

General Managers ensure repair work is thorough, safe, and profitable in line with Caliber’s SOPs, insurance

Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of Collision Estimates.
• Experience with CCC1 systems.
• Knowledge of repair processes and procedures.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to provide personable customer service to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations, risk management, and production.
• Develop and retain teammates; recruit and recognize talent.
• Monitor client metrics and financial performance; review monthly metrics.
• Ensure repairs are thorough, safe, and profitable per SOP and guidelines.
