Job summary

Caliber Collision's Independence center is seeking a Collision General Manager to oversee the entire operation, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration.

You will recruit and retain top talent, monitor financial performance, and review monthly results to identify opportunities and trends while upholding Caliber's SOPs and industry guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance
• Must be 21 years of age or older
