Boyd Group in Candler, NC is seeking a General Manager to lead the Collision Center, delivering an exceptional customer experience while directing day-to-day operations in compliance with policies and procedures. You will coach staff, manage budgets, forecast sales, and ensure safety and quality across the shop.

This full-time, on-site leadership role offers bonus opportunities tied to performance and business initiatives.

Competenze

• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.

Mansioni

• Execute the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan to ensure consistent service quality.
• Prepare and manage the annual and monthly operating budget of the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives.
• Deliver formal annual performance reviews and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Monitor and maintain all A/P and A/R related to the Collision Center.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
• Attend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by Senior Leadership Team.
• Store CSI performance review and follow up within 24 hours.
