Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking a General Manager for our Inverness collision center in Florida. You will lead day-to-day operations, drive an exceptional customer experience, and coach team members to perform at their best.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Collision Center operations to meet KPI targets and insurance metrics.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives.
• Open and close the facility daily and oversee staff meetings and training.
