Job summary

Caliber Collision in Mechanicsville is seeking a Collision General Manager to oversee the center’s operations, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration. This role will recruit, recognize and retain talent while monitoring financial performance and identifying opportunities from recent metrics.

The GM will ensure repairs are performed safely, thoroughly and profitably in accordance with SOPs, insurance partner guidelines and industry

Qualifications

• 3+ years of collision management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance.
• 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operation of the collision center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration.
• Recruit, recognize and retain talented teammates; monitor current financial performance metrics and review prior month’s metrics to identify opportunities and trends.
• Ensure center teammates repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in line with Caliber SOPs, insurance partners and industry guidelines.
