Caliber Collision Mechanicsville is seeking a Collision General Manager to oversee day-to-day center operations, drive risk management, develop teammates, monitor production and client metrics, and ensure safe, thorough repairs in line with SOPs.

This role requires leadership in recruiting and retaining talent, reviewing last month’s financials to spot trends, and guiding the team to operate profitably while delivering quality service to customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to supervise and coach a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee overall operation of the service center.
• Manage risk, production, and administrative tasks.
