Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience at the collision center. You will coach staff, manage budgets, monitor KPI metrics, and ensure high quality workmanship across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan is consistently executed across the operation.
• Prepare, manage the annual and monthly operating budget.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Deliver formal annual and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable for the Collision Center.
• Maintain a clean, organized repair facility at all times.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
• Coordinate daily production meetings to confirm throughput and delivery dates.
• Ensure staff wear safety gear and adhere to dress code.
