Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan execution and brand standards.
• Manage annual/monthly operating budget for the collision center.
• Forecast and track sales, profit, and expenses.
• Conduct performance reviews and staff development.
• Maintain shop facilities, safety, and training.
• Lead repair facility personnel and attend leadership meetings.
