Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Collision Management experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations including risk management, production, and administration.
• Recruit, develop, and retain teammates.
• Monitor financial performance and analyze monthly metrics for trends.
• Ensure repairs meet SOPs and industry standards.
• Provide personable customer service and manage customer expectations.
