Job summary

Caliber Collision seeks a Collision General Manager for its Ontario, CA center. The role oversees the entire center operation, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration.

You will recruit and retain talent, monitor financial performance, and drive repairs that are safe, thorough, and profitable in line with SOPs and standards. Salary is a competitive range, with pay opportunities up to $120,000 per year, paid weekly, plus comprehensive

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience.
• Must have prior CCC1 experience or familiarity.
• Advanced understanding of collision repair processes.
• Ability to communicate instructions clearly, both written and verbal.
• Capacity to handle fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operation of the collision center.
• Manage risk, production, and administration to ensure profitability.
• Develop teammates and monitor client metrics and financial performance.
• Recruit, recognize, and retain talented staff; promote internal growth.
• Review monthly financial metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Ensure repairs are thorough, safe, and aligned with SOPs and industry standards.
