Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision General Manager for its Ontario service center. This role oversees overall operations, risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration.

You will recruit and mentor staff, review monthly financials, and ensure repairs are safe, thorough, and profitable per SOPs and industry guidelines. Salary ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 per year, with weekly pay, benefits from day one, and opportunities for internal promotion.
