Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Warren, MI is seeking a General Manager to lead the collision center’s daily operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will coach staff, manage budgets, and ensure safety and quality standards across the team.

The role focuses on achieving top KPIs, improving insurance metrics, and driving a high-performance culture in a long-standing industry leader.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent is required.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the collision center to meet KPI’s and insurance metrics.
• Coach and empower staff, promoting high quality customer service.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and monthly sales and expense objectives.
• Ensure safety, dress code, and systemized training across the team.
• Open and close the facility, run daily production meetings, and manage throughput.
