Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring a General Manager to lead daily operations at the collision center and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will coach staff, manage budgets, oversee safety, and drive KPI and insurance metrics in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan is consistently executed.
• Manage annual and monthly operating budgets for the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Conduct formal annual and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable for the center.
• Maintain a clean, organized repair facility at all times.
• Provide staff training as necessary.
• Ensure safety gear usage and dress code compliance.
• Open/close facility daily per procedures.
• Lead daily production meetings to confirm throughput and delivery dates.
• Manage labor mix and store capacity for repair work.
• Lead all repair facility personnel and monthly health & safety meetings.
