Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead the collision center, delivering exceptional customer experiences while ensuring compliance with policy and process requirements. You will oversee day-to-day operations, staffing, safety, and quality standards to drive throughput and customer satisfaction.

You’ll coach and empower team members, manage annual and monthly budgets, forecast sales and expenses, and uphold industry best practices.

Qualificações

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage daily collision center operations to meet KPI and insurance metrics.
• Coach and empower team members to achieve performance and success in their roles.
• Prepare and manage annual and monthly operating budgets for the center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to policies and dress code.
• Conduct monthly performance reviews and staff development sessions.
