Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead a busy collision center and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will oversee daily operations, coach team members, and ensure alignment with company policies and quality standards to drive performance and customer satisfaction.

The role requires proven leadership in collision repair, strong communication, and commitment to safety and operational excellence within a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.

Responsabilités

• Ensure WOW plan is consistently executed.
• Manage annual and monthly operating budget for the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Conduct formal annual and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Oversee A/P and A/R related to the Collision Center.
• Maintain a clean and organized repair facility at all times.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
• Attend trainings and meetings as directed by Senior Leadership.
