Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead the collision center, drive exceptional customer experiences, and oversee daily operations to meet KPI and insurance metrics. You will coach and empower staff, ensure safety and quality standards, and set the tone for professional service across all touchpoints.

The role emphasizes leading by example, managing throughput, and coordinating production with senior leadership to deliver WOW results and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan is executed consistently.
• Prepare and manage annual and monthly operating budgets for the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Deliver annual performance reviews and monthly feedback.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable for the center.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized repair facility at all times.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
• Attend training and management meetings as required.
• Support staffing and safety initiatives.
