Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass seeks a General Manager to lead daily collision-center operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while achieving KPI and insurance-metrics targets.

You will coach staff, manage budgets, forecast sales and expenses, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and safety across the shop. This leadership role drives performance and customer satisfaction in a long-established, customer-focused organization.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Experience coaching and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan is executed consistently.
• Prepare and manage the annual and monthly operating budget for the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives.
• Deliver formal annual performance reviews and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
• Maintain a clean and organized repair facility at all times.
