Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the collision center, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and adherence to policy and procedures.

You will coach and empower team members, manage budgets, forecast sales and expenses, and drive performance reviews to meet KPI targets and insurance metrics while upholding high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in collision repair or similar.
• Ability to coach and empower staff.
• Strong focus on customer experience and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the collision center.
• Ensure KPI and insurance metrics are met.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts and staffing.
• Deliver performance reviews and provide coaching.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant facility.
