Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead the collision center operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences. This role guides daily activities, coaching staff and aligning with policy to achieve KPI targets and insurance metrics.

You will drive staffing, safety, training, and performance reviews while maintaining high service standards and operational excellence across the facility.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to motivate others with effective coaching and management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan is consistently executed across the center.
• Prepare and manage annual and monthly operating budgets.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Deliver formal annual and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable for the center.
• Manage and maintain a clean, organized repair facility.
