Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead the collision center’s daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and alignment with company policies. You will drive performance, coach staff, manage budgets, and uphold safety and quality standards to deliver outstanding results.

The role requires proven leadership in a collision repair environment, strong communication, and the ability to motivate teams to exceed KPIs and insurance metrics.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in collision repair or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to coach others.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan consistently.
• Prepare and manage annual/monthly operating budgets.
• Forecast and track sales, profit, and expenses.
• Conduct performance reviews and staff development.
• Oversee Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable for the center.
• Maintain a clean, organized repair facility and equipment upkeep.
• Lead repair facility personnel and safety programs.
