Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead the collision center's daily operations and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will drive budgets, staffing, safety, and process improvements to meet KPIs and insurance metrics.

You will coach team members, manage production meetings, and foster a high-performance culture focused on quality and throughput. This role offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in collision repair or similar role.
• Ability to coach and empower staff to reach KPIs.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual and monthly operating budget for the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel and daily operations.
• Execute WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan consistently.
• Monitor A/P and A/R and maintain financial discipline.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized repair facility.
