Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead the Collision Center, delivering exceptional customer experiences while overseeing daily operations in line with policies. The GM will coach staff, maintain quality standards and align team efforts with KPIs and insurance metrics.

You will promote professionalism and drive the customer experience, leading by example in a fast-paced collision center environment.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan is consistently executed.
• Prepare and manage annual/monthly operating budget for the collision center.
• Forecast and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Deliver formal annual and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Monitor A/P and A/R for the Collision Center.
• Maintain a clean, organized repair facility and ensure safety compliance.
